Dance ELEVATE is the ultimate camp for the serious dancer seeking to soar to new heights. Tailored for those dedicated to their craft, this week-long experience promises to elevate participants' training through specialized instruction and immersive opportunities for artistic exploration. Led by dance artists and educators proficient in the American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum, Cecchetti syllabus, and the Horton Technique, dancers will receive expert guidance to enhance both technical prowess and artistic expression.

Who: 11 - 18 years with at least two years of dance training

Note: Dancers are separated into groups according to age and skill level.

Chris Van Green
Jazz and Conditioning
Chris has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and Dance Performance from Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). Throughout his studies, he received recognition for his remarkable growth and passion for dance, which ultimately earned him the prestigious Kenny Pearl Award.
Tara Roberts
Ballet
Ms. Roberts is the Artistic Director of the Ontario School of Ballet and is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Dance – Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies Program, and is a Registered Teacher and Mentor with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). She is also a graduate of the George Brown Dance Performance Studies Program, receiving the Dean’s Award and the Professional Development Certificate upon graduation.
Marcia Dysart
Horton Technique and Choreography Lab
Marcia Dysart is a dancer, choreographer, collaborator and educator based in Saint John, New Brunswick. She shares her passion for creation working collaboratively alongside musicians, visual artists, filmmakers and dancers.
Sarah Power
Ballet and Conditioning
Sarah's classical teaching accreditations include Associate Teacher with Cecchetti Canada and teacher certification with The American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum. Sarah’s teaching philosophy centres on creative movement, age-appropriate anatomical alignment, and healthy self-image.
Gina Grant
Contemporary Floor Work
Gina is a contemporary dancer, teacher and choreographer. After completing the professional training program at l'École de danse contemporaine de Montréal in 2017, Gina has worked with local and international choreographers, musicians, visual artists and filmmakers.
