Body Perspectives - This Workshop looks at the movement of the skeleton and how our bodies are already designed to be in movement/motion. By addressing that the bones direct movement and the muscles support the engagement of the direction the bones are moving in, participants often experience an ease in knee pain, tension in the joints and start to experience a sense of ease in how the body is designed to be working 'for' us in dance. These tools can be applied to any form of dance and are beneficial to people at any stage of their dance practices.

Absolute Beginner Ballet - Looking at the fundamentals of ballet through the perspective of how the skeleton is supporting the movements of ballet and finding ways to have ballet feel good on the body at any stage of one's dance journey. (This workshop was created out of Meredith learning how to do ballet without extreme tension and with the skeleton supporting the movements of ballet, based on tools she learned training in Countertechnique. At one point it occured like Meredith may not be dancing forever with the amount of pain she had in her lower back at the age of 32, with applying these tools 9 years later she loves sharing how ballet can be a joyful experience at all ages when using the bones to support the movements of ballet).

Body Aware Ballet - This workshop takes the tools/perspectives looked at in the Body Perspectives workshop and applies it to ballet exercises in the application of turn out, posture, movement of the upper and lower body in relation to each other. When the Body Perspectives tools are applied to ballet, ballet can occur with even more ease and flow.
